teasee w/ a older women?

Hey everyone, so I need some opinions on this or thoughts ! Well there's this women where I work . I'm a intern there & shes a real worker there. Well this women is about 25 or 27 shes older I'm only 20 ! Well I'm bi and she's a she has a pixie cut ! Well I've bn eyeing her ! Ok here's the signs we do a lot I contact, she's trys to be around me, the problem is she thinks I'm too young or she may get fired if she trys to hit on me what should I do?
