Her first time, please help!!! pretty long, but i need the help?

This is a very difficult situation. I in fact do have a younger sister who is ually active..she started when she was 19 (i think) shes 21 now.. i guess in this case it helped that we had a very open relationship and told each other everything.. i told her what the consequences were (other than the duh ones preg, stds) i told her that she could emotionally not be ready...that guys tend to say lies to get to bed with us...that she needs to be a step ahead and think things through..i mean if you know a guy is lying and u want to sleep with him then go along with it..(lifts their eggo lol) let her know that she can have safe that her actions could have bad consequences if she isn't responsible. we both know that long distance relationships DO NOT WORK so if they want they can be their long distance hook up for vacations and that it. you as the older sister have at least that responsability to let her know what your parents wont tell her straight up.
