Should I steadily lose weight if I eat about 1500 calories/day and exercise every other day?
I walk the treadmill at 3 mph and 0.5 incline for about 30 then I do use 5 upper body machines (15 reps, 2-3 sets each). I'm 175 now (female), 38yo.
