Need advice and ideas for an outdoor party in February?

My 21st is feb 17th, .... has anyone thrown a big outside party in the cold before? there's going to be anywhere between 75-150 people,. Is a party tent the best idea or should i just rent out a banquet room? i want to have live entertainment and food catered as well. any help would be appreciated
