Should I get "The Fame Monster" (Deluxe Version)?

I'm a Canadian. "The Fame" was released earlier than in the U.S. However when it did come out in the U.S, it had a few more songs on it. And I like those songs that were included on the U.S edition. Especially "Paper Gangsta" and "Starstrukk" (feat. Flo Rida & Space Cowboy). Then when "The Fame Monster" was released, there was a deluxe edition which included the CD "The Fame." It was the same U.S edition. But you can buy "The Fame Monster" deluxe edition in the Canadian iTunes Store. So now you have access to the songs that were on the U.S edition only. But in early 2010, they released the explicit version of "The Fame Monster" to iTunes. Songs are better when they are not censored. So I'm wondering, should I get "The Fame Monster" deluxe edition or get "The Fame Monster" explicit version and later get "The Fame."
