Just formed an LLC, i live in a Coop apartment that the monthly maintenace is based on my income?

I just formed an LLC, i live in a Coop apartment where the monthly maintenance is based on my yearly income the coop board requests tax/income info every year. Since i now have an LLC can i pay myself a salary as an employee of the LLC and submit that information to the Coop board in order to lower my maintence??
