Why does my mother always get frustrated?

The next time this happens, turn the tables. Ask her if SHE is okay? Is anything bothering HER? This will make her realize that whatever she is going through, it is being felt and heard by you and it's not good. She definately has some issues maybe she's afraid to share or bother you with.
