Cipro question possible side effects?

i was prescribed cipro for bronchitis and ive taken 3 of them so far over a period of a day and a half. last night my neck above my collarbone i noticed it seemed a little swollen. also when i breathed in it felt like the back of my throat was cold. now i can breathe fine but it seems like my tongue is not so much numb it just feels weird and it also kinda feels that way on the upper roof of my mouth. i'm not sure if i should go back to the er immediately or not.
