What PC Should I Buy?

Okay, let me rephrase my last question: I would like a computer for $1,500 or less (taxes and shipping included - monitor separate) that will play World of Warcraft, Starcraft II Wings of Liberty, the Civilization games, and the Total War games very well. Unfortunately, I lack the capability to build my own computer. I have never built ANYTHING in my life and know VERY VERY little about computers. So, my question is what computer would you recommend?
