ProMark Research, what are they REALLY about?

Ok, so I just started working at this company. At first glance it seems to good to be true, and upon my further inspection it seems that my suspicion was correct. I'd just like to hear from anyone that worked there how they felt about it or someone that maybe they might have called. I've heard that they're poll pushers and that they get paid to sling mud against politicians (I've noticed that they only slander Democrats, not Republicans) Is there any truth to this at all? Or is it all just hearsay?
