Why do bicyclists whine about equal rights when they can't obey the law?
It appears the yahoo nazis removed my question, so I never got to see most of the answers. It is a simple and uncontroversial question, so I'm guessing it was the responses that got it deleted. Anyway, let's have one more go at it, so I can at least hear a few answers before they do it again. Yesterday on my way home from work a group of bikers were coming down a hill to my right toward a four way intersection with stop signs in all four directions. I proceeded after stopping, but the group of bikers never stopped. I refused to stop again and two of them wiped out in the road. They got in my face preaching bicyclists rights to the road. All five were eventually cited when the cops showed up, and they were still yelling at me for not giving them equal road rights. Hello, spandex fairies - obey the law if you want equal rights on the road. Now I am just looking for the next opportunity to proceed through an intersection with right of way when I see them coming with no intent to stop.
