What is this college cl?

I just got a copy of my grades and I saw that there was a cl that I had not precipitated in, or was not at the college I attended, and I had never heard of it. But yet it stated that I had ped it this Spring, but I didn't even attend college for a year because I joined Americorps. Here is the cl and all it's info on my grades copy. Course - BIT 194, Course Title - Special Topics Bus & Industry, Cl # - 93118, Campus -BSC which I have never heard of. I live in Southeast Kentucky if that helps. Am I a victim of Identity theft? Did I get this for joining Americorps VISTA which I had not told my college about.
