Relationship advice needed urgently !!!!!!!!!?

i am 21..i have a boyfriend since 4 years..we were in great love..we have physical relations too..we have a long distance relation..its been an year since we are fighting a lot..a lot..mini breakups every second day..but when we stop talking to each other ,both of us cant keep doing that..and we keep coming back..nowadays i dont feel physically attracted to him..i dont wana do with him..just want to hug him..he stinks in his genital area..i find him very old fashioned and he has bad sense of dressing..earlier we did not used to live together that much to notice all this..also he is not caring..he is loving but not caring..i dont want to betray him..but i dont enjoy his company now..what should i do?if i tell him straightforward,,he would think iam leaving him coz of his looks,,that are not great..help !!!!111
