Is todays 6.5 earthquake in northern California a sign that quake activity there is increasing?

california has roughly 10.000 quakes a day. all minor and we never feel or see them.if however there were earthquakes everyday that we could feel and see. or if we had 5.5 plus earthquakes every week or month then yes the activity is increasing.
