How do you get an ex u still like jealous or get him back,,,?

Ohk well me and this kid were going out and we liked each other alot. Then we kinda decided to just stay friends. But then he told me he wished we were still going out and blah blah blah. Than last night i sent him a text saying "hey u left ur shirt at my house when did u want it back" but i didnt mean to give it to him it was to someone else my friend (girl) hu slept over and changed her shirt into pjs and fergot it. Now he is pissed off and is completely ignoring me. I really want him back or make him jealous so he wants me back. Someone please help I really like him alot =]]
