Does cocoa er lighten stretch marks?

im 17 and im not pregnant! haha. but i do have a lot of stretch marks on my upper arms and beginning to get some on my legs. i bought Palmers cocoa er today. and im wondering if it will help reduce the appearance of my stretch marks.
