Can I incorporate with a name that matches exactly with another company's trademarked phrase?

I want to incorporate my new company but I found another company that has a trademarked phrase that matches exactly with my proposed company name. Is there a problem with my proceeding to incorporate under that name knowing there is a trademarked phrase that matches or should I pick another name?
